MEMBERSHIP TERMS / CONDITIONS

By submitting payment above you agree to join the Boxer’s Rebellion Martial Arts for the purpose of martial arts instruction on a monthly basis and all the terms and conditions set forth.

You understand that the monthly agreement may be cancelled at any time, however no refunds shall be issued for previously drafted payments.  All cancellations are for the purpose of halting future payments and will not affect the prepaid month that was already drafted.  There are no make-up classes for failure to attend.  Memberships are non-transferable.  Cancellation of recurring paypal draft is solely the responsibility of the student (or Student's Guardian).
